No One company can make or break your business!  It may seem that way when 
your just starting out but don't believe it for a second.  I personally would 
not use his balloons.  I order from my suppliers and that's final.  If you 
decide to use his than I would make him sign an agreement that you 
recommended another brand and are not responsible for the results.
