Thanks everyone for the great ideas about the 60's theme and I would like
some information on some balloons that are on the "Theme Parties" magazine
from July 1996, Volume 11 #4.  They are 16" clear balloons with polka dots.
They are from Jubilee! convention 1995 theme party in Charlotte, NC.
Designs by Paul Carracappa, from NY.  I would like to know if anyone knows
where to purchase those 16" clear polka dot balloons.  The pictures in the
magazine are really neat, and it has people doing the hula hoop.   Like
always, thanks to everyone for helping me out on this.
