Since you really didn't give an idea of your budget or areas that you are trying to decorate it's hard to say............... Go for a photo backdrop...... maybe a large foamboard mask or build a mask frame out of aluminum rod and wrap it in undersized 5" garland.... Buy cheap masks and put 'em everywhere build simple/cheap 3 balloons on a weight centerpieces and glue a mask on both sides put these atop foil take discs and sprinkle the table with mardi gras beads............ hope this gets you started!
