hi everyone   i  was wondering if anyone else has had problems with the 
qualatex balloons breaking.  i just bought a bag of the candy happy birthday 
and all had to deal with is one breaking right after the other.  i also had 
problems with the 11" poka dot also.
in talking with a chapter member  she had also stated that she and along 
with some of our other members had been complaining of the same thing.  i 
using the correct amount of hi float and the psi is set correctly on dual 
sizer.  im begining to become very frustrated.   any ideas???    has there 
been any changes in the balloons???   is there anyone eles out there having 
any problems??
