I am relatively new to this business. I have been in business for 2 years. 
the first couple being very slow (we specialize in weddings). This year the 
business has really picked up and I have noticed that no matter how much I 
pre-plan, no matter how many check list I make or experiments I preform, 
something goes wrong. I am very good at adapting and overcoming. I just 
wondered if this will ever end??
