Running a business from home.  First of all you got to feel good about yourself. Your house needs to be clean and organize so you can find what you are looking for.
First of all make your bed up everyday before you even go to the bathroom or get that first drink. Getting completely dress with shoes on.  Is a must.  Putting on  lace  up shoe.  When you have on shoes you feel like doing something.  If you are not getting things done set your timer for 15mins.  See what you can do for that length of the time. You will see that you done so much in that short of time.  You Got TO FEEL GOOD ABOUT YOURSELF.  Jogging pants and old T shirt is not the answer.  You want your customer to hear your smile on the other end on the phone,  If you have never read Mary Kay Ashe biography go get it and read.  She started Mary Kay this way. Plus make a thing to do list of what you need to do for the house and business. If you can afford a palm pilot go buy one.  I love mine.  Its the best gift I have ever purchase for myself. You got to have good customer service that is the best advertisment there is.  Taking care of those customer.Customer are your pay check. That is how Sam Walton Built Wal-Mart.  I going to open my on door in the next year.  I got to put another year into Walmart to be 100% invested. You can believe that I will treat it like a small WalMart. As most of you know I'm assistant manager, for the company. You got to be organized, if not I would never get nothing done.  I have 457 associate that I tell what to do just about  everyday.
