Subject: Using 3' Balloons

Hi, All:

I have a client who really likes the link-o-loons...but, doesn't have the 
budget for what they want done.  They want 20 lol going up approximately 
20-25'.  This would be indoors.  My thought is to take 3' balloons and use 
260s to make a loop chain coming down from the 3'.  

Here's my question:  will the 3' be able to lift a chain of 260s to 20-25' 
and stay up all day?  Any thoughts? And, of course, I need this information 
ASAP.
