Hi All,
      I just landed up my first major decor job, for a 60th birthday party. The client wants the no.60 seperately decorated with balloon spirals & I have agreed. I am a novice & do not know what to do.
Pl. all you wonderful people out there guide me on making the no. out of aluminium & also ideas how to decorate the rest of the area. The payment is good & I WANT TO DO AN EXCELLENT JOB.
