Laura,

The rope lighting is a little "higher priced".  Our K-Mart had it in
packages/kits also our local electrical store has it that you can custom
order.  There's some websites I've seen it on too, that I got from the
achieves.

ACP has small Styrofoam columns.  You can cut them to height and I believe
the tops/bottoms are sold separately.

I have two request. The first is for assistance in locating the lights
inside the clear plastic tubing. I am decorating for a high school prom
on May 25 and they have requested these lights leading down an aisle and
around the dancefloor. I know Stumps and Anderson carry these lights, I
was hoping I could find them cheaper! The second request is, I need to
find mini columns to place centerpieces on top of either in styrofoam or
plastic. I have one week to come up with this information.
