Hi,
Tim McConeghy, Lord of Latex. I make an outside goal post with
only one base pole by driving an 8foot stick of 3/4 inch rebar 4 feet into
the ground. Then I place a pvc goal post on it.
I create my post with a 5foot stick of pvc then place a 45 degree
elbow (the ones that are only a little bent not half way) then I attach a
2foot stick of pvc followed by a T joint, two 3foot sticks of pvc, a 90
degree elbow on each end and finish with a five foot stick of pvc pointing
up on each end.
I glued mine together and continue to cut it apart and reglue it
with sleeves as needed, obviously this behavior will result in the need to
replace it eventually.
I use 6inch for the first 5 feet and three inch for everything
else.
Remember, you are the best balloonartist in your socks.
