Subject: 3' balloon, how do I shine????

Hello everyone, I'm really excited because this weekend will be my first
showing of my decor, ofcourse its only for a family wedding but there will
hopefully be lots of prospects, so I really want to do well.  

I started air filling balloons last night, after several hrs fighting with
my 3'balloon, (trying to stuff it) I finally got the hang of it, I used the
method Bruce Walden used on Video#3, thank you Bruce, hard at first but boy
once you get the hang of it watch out.....lol, anyway my question is can I
use hi-float before stuffing a 3' balloon, so that its nice and clear
inside? If not what can I use, I purchased the Son Of a Gun which I will
use to polish the outside of the balloon.  Its too late for this one since
I already stuffed but I want to learn for next time. 

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
