Deliza,

We designed balloon flags for 25 nations for a balloon convention in Brazil.

Just go down the list and select Puerto Rico.  That will link you to two 
balloon versions of the Puerto Rico flag.

One version is laid out on a horizontal & vertical grid like you will find 
in the new ROSA Matrix or in the SDS QuickFrame.

The other version is laid out with a honeycomb grid like you will find in 
the RMS Banner, Builder, and Super Builder or in the front side of a 
precision wall graphic.
