FYI - just a reminder to read what is above the line where you sign to endorse a check ....

I was just about to sign a deposit check for one of my jobs and my eyes caught the words "Lein Waiver".  Upon depositing the check payeee certifies that they have been paid in full for services rendered.  Now this job was already completed, I just had not had time to deposit the "deposit" check.  As it is a Corporate job, the final check is in the mail......  I am holding the check until I receive the final one.
