I would like to thank everyone who sent me a reply to my Rose in a clear
heart email... I have found that the best way for what equipment I have
right now (which isn't much... I only recently started decorating)  is
to use a low temp glue gun.  It will seal the balloon around the stem of
the rose and not pop the balloon.  This looks great,
