It was my impression that the recipient was going to be there at least till 5:00. Well it was 3:40 and his bouquet still hadent been delv'd. Well the person ordering called to to say he was leaving in 5 minutes. We were out the door to deliver it, but with traffic and driving time, it would have taken at least 15 minutes. Needless to say, she decided to cancel her order, and asked to just credit her credit card. Now her order was already made up. You know...supplies and labor. There always seem to be at least one negative incident on thiese busy days. ??? Do I credit her the full amount or take out a fee for my time/materials. ??? Does anyone offer a refund or not a refund for Valentines day? - Iguess that would depend on whose fault it was. I guess I should make a general cancellation rule. Can anyone advise ASAP, I'm sure she will be calling today to confirm her credit. Thanks Theresa-"The Balloon Lady" Tampa --part1_98.1c6a358.25dafe87_boundary--
