Dear Dee,
A very simple idea is to create a ring using say 8 helium filled gold or
silver LINK-O-LOONs(tm) with a round silver 11" or 16" standard latex
balloon attached to represent the diamond (or even a foil star). This can be
used as a simple table centre. Or you can create a ring canopy using clear
LOL as per the "wedding ring" photo at

Does any one have any suggestion for deco. for an engagement party?  I had
thought about doing an engagement ring put I can't seen to find a frame for
the ring.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.
