I remember seeing some Victorian lamp posts in one of the Stumps or other 
prom catalogs that are quite tall and use balloons for globes.  If it is an 
evening event you can even insert a glow stick in the globe to lightly 
illuminate, or they do have the flashing LEDs that you can insert in the 
balloons for a "flicker" flame.  Miss Lilly's also has beautiful lamp posts 
as well if you are going for a garden type of look.  Good Luck!
