Subject: Helium Question?

Hello Everybody,

I meet with my prom director again this afternoon and she brought up a
question that leaves me wondering. I was wondering if anyone has
experienced this before. This certain vendor in town sells helium to
businesses, pretty reputable, she bought helium from this vendor last
year. Question, does helium change to color of your balloons after 3
hours of floating time. She said she inflated them when every thing was
done, everything look beautiful, but she came back 3 hours later and
the color wasn't even the same. She got a surprise when she returned,
but I think that's crazy & never heard of this before have you? I've
used helium before and have never had a problem, never seen this happen
either. Supposedly, she purchased good quality, professional
balloons???? Is it possible - bad helium? Is there anything that would
have caused this? What do you think? Certainly I wouldn't want to go to
this vendor. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
