Hi everyone
My name is Sue Marston-Weston, I teach balloon artistry in the UK and I need 
your help please.
I am currently studying for my professional Adult Teachers Certificate and 
for part of my course I need to do some research on an issue directly related 
to my specialism (balloon artistry). I have decided to find out how 'Balloon 
Artists, get their knowledge?
For example when you first thought about starting a business, where did you 
go to be trained? Are there courses locally or did you need to travel? Did 
you get all your knowledge through the QBN? Do the Balloon Chapters run 
courses/schools? Do the Balloon Distributors run any training sessions?
Anyone who is able to help me, can e-mail me personally or if you are at IBAC 
next month maybe I could chat with you there!
This posting is directed to anyone outside the UK as I am aware of all the 
'training' routes in the UK........I think!
May I take this opportunity to wish all of you who are taking your CBA test 
and those of you competing at IBAC all the very best. I hope you enjoy the 
experience as much as I did when I competed and took my CBA test ( 6 years 
ago)!
I like many others am really excited about being part of IBAC 17, if you have 
never been and are wondering if it's worth it, just let me say there is no 
other experience like it.
Finally regarding my research, this is a personal study and will not be used 
in any other way than for my studies.
