Subject: garden party...

hi guys!

i will be decorating a children's party which is to be held in a garden.
the mother of the celebrant wants to have flying balloons as centerpieces.
since the party will be in the afternoon, it might be a little windy and
hot at the same time :-) (this is in Philippines and weather is kinda
unpredictable)
i just want to ask if any of you out there has tips so that the flying
balloon centerpiece won't get all tangled together if it is windy.
also, i plan to start decorating after lunch, so it might be hot then, will
too much heat affect the helium filled balloons if i set it up under the sun?

hope you guys can help me with this :-) thanks!

regards,
