Hey Tracy!
Definitely do it, but find out one thing first...how much time do you have?
Make sure you don't cut yourself too close to showtime, and not get to get
your booth looking spectacular.
As for what to do, I'd do a "simple but elegant" decor with balloons and
tulle. Check before you use white lights, if they will clash with any
spotlighting they will do. Also, get a drawing of the stage and layout,
size, etc...Also find out where the models will be entering and exiting.
Check if they are promoting a specific color theme, if not, I'd go with
white and silver and Just Married.
If you want some good ideas, check out the Weddings with Style about bridal
fairs.
If the ceiling is close enough to work with, it may work to have a point at
the end of the runway, run tulle split back to each side, then down halfway,
then down the rest of the way and incorporate balloons in at the points and
from the stage up. (if that doesn't make sense, try drawing it out.) The
main thing is to be able to show something else you can do in a larger area
than your booth.
Good luck, and knock their socks off!!!
