Is it possible to safely construct a 25ft x 10ft arch on pvc frame for 
doorway deco?  If so, I need suggestions on the base, weight, and arch 
frame.

Also is it ok to use copper tubing for the frame or will it affect the 
balloons?

I am having trouble obtaining aluminum rods here in San Antonio.
