Subject: Stuffing balloon question

I know there is a large machine used to stuff teddy bears and small gifts
into balloons, but I saw a single rose that was stuffed into a 9"
balloon.  Is that same machine used?  Could someone tell me how this is
done?

Also, can someone suggest to me what type of regulator to purchase if I
am only doing latex at the moment?
