Funny you should mention this.
I opened a brand new bag of 11" white and the popping rate was really high.  
Even in transport, I had two pop.
Again..we were using 5" jewel red and 5" gold for Valentine's Day.  My 
husband was complaining they are sticking to much making it difficult to make 
a heart sculpture.
We were wonder what was going on too.
