It's hard to judge your need. we don't know what you are doing. The least
expensive will do balloons for arraignments quite well. If you are into a
lot of drops then you want a production machine like the air force III, If
you are into low volume decor i.e. sop's the a duplicator from West Wind
will work. If you are doing a lot of quad packs then you want a dual-sizer
from Conwin. Most of the questions about what equipment "do I want" are
answered by more schooling and experience,  Join the local QBN chapter and
help other designer/artist to see what they use and which equipment will
suit your needs.
