CHARGE THEM and blow up the balloons. this happens to me all the time at
shows. some people intend to have balloons at the show buying non brands as
they think a balloon is a balloon. i educate them to the difference, flying
time, and blow up their balloons for a charge. it has not been unusual for
the person to order balloons from me for the next day or show after this. i
get regular show customers which helps with my booth cost and they like the
convenience of having their balloons at the show when they arrive. its a
win-win situation for everyone. we as professionals in this industry need to
value our product (your helium which by the way you did no get free) and
time, then others will value your services. when was the last time you saw
people run up to a florist in a show and ask for free flowers, but i have
seen people buy flowers for their booth on the floor of shows. value your
product and others will too. Gina
