Subject: snappy wrap vs classy wrap

hi guys! i am interested to buy a balloon stuffing machine. what is the
difference between snappy wrap and classy wrap? as i understand classy
wraps are much more expensive. 
i have a friend who is in the balloon business and is planning to sell her
snappy wrap system which she has used for one year. she is selling it for
approx 400 dollars...is this too expensive? how much does a brand new
snappy wrap cost?
hope you guys can help me with this before i purchase one. thanks.
