Thanks for your help don, but these are regular clients locally who I already 
do bouquets for sending deliveries to other states. They want what I offer in 
my deliveries here, delivered in the other state, so I need to talk to the 
person anyway and if necessary send a photo e-mail, as everyone does not send 
the same thing in balloon deliveries. The last two times I tried to use 
eballoons there was no one in the areas. I was very busy today and this was 
the easiest way, as I got responses quickly and the matter was done. Just 
trying to keep my clients happy, but if its a problem, I can just stop 
promoting deliveries nationwide. I make no profit off of it as I give the 
total delivery to the delivering company. Gina
