Several years ago we went through the same thinking you are having.  We got 
ahold of Hershey Candy Co and they got us in touch with a local wholesaler.  
The price we got for Hershey Kisses was higher than what we were paying at 
Costco.  They told us that that happens many times, as they cannot get prices 
any better than the big club stores.  

Also remember, chocolate is in shorter supply right now than normal, so all 
the prices will be higher.  Most customers will understand...
