I think I should clarify myself on my wedding/party packages tips or 
questions.

I want to put together balloon decorating packages like "Package A - $299 ­
Choose any 3 Items"  I know a lot of decorators have these and was just
wondering if there were any tips or suggestions in figuring out cost per
item in the package vs. the package price ie. if you can choose and 3 for
$299 should each item value $100? Does that make sense?
