          Balloon organizations (QBN chapters, and others)
          Manufacturers and Wholesalers of balloon supplies
            and equipment and decorating products
          Publications (magazines, books, newspapers)
          Instructors who regularly teach balloon seminars
          Balloon delivery networks such as 1-800-Balloons



Feel free to post answers to the list, so this info can also be added to
"the Guide" (which, by the way, can be easily searched).
