I need some expert advise. We have an event that will take place at 8:00am
on a Saturday. OUTSIDE. Event will be over at 12:00pm. The client wants
appx 12 large 10' scuptures HUNG, 6 Sets of Columns with Arches, a release
and other smaller items. The problems I see coming are time, dew, and lack
of sunlight. So this is where I need the advise.
Hanging of the 12 sculptures. This is outside in an ampitheater, Walls are
black plywood. They want sculptures hung appx. 25 feet from ground.
What would be a good time to hang these? (the evening before???)
Should I protect the balloons from the black wall, so heat or sharp
points don't get them? (with
what)
Should I worry about dew?
How would you secure to the wall. Plywood with 4 x 4 beams.
Thanks in advance for all input, Large jobs outside like this give me
nervous jitters. So when I am have lots of alternative plans I feel so much
better.
