I received this great answer from Marilyn at pioneer...for everyone else that
has DUO questions.....Here was her helpful suggestion:
Hello Joyce

I have been asked to respond to your message about duo's. In answer to your
question of how many you will need for 25 feet of arch -- it should take
approximately 75. We figure 3 of the 18" duo's per foot of arch, swag or
column. Also, when helium inflating, it is recommended that Duo balloons be
overinflated to make the balloons rounder, tighter and to increase floating
time. To over inflate properly, use a regular foil helium valve to inflate,
then use the latex valve to add additional helium. 18" Duo balloons, when
over
inflated properly, will have wrinkles only 1 1/2" from the seam as opposed to
4-5".

I hope this information helps you out.

Have A Good Day
