 Thanks Chris,
                 I'll try your advise it sounds a little more reliable than
 my previous attempts. You were right I was applying the 'Conwin Grip-tabs'
 after the balloon was inflated and some did peel the ink off. How did you
 know that?

 BTW I'm not sure about your grandmother's ability to suck eggs but mine was
 pretty good at it especially when she took her teeth out, which she did
 quite often..

 Ho! and my question about the small frame over the bottle to hold the 4"
 foil and ribbon was answered today by a recently new BHQ lerker the name of
 Gordon Donaldson from 'Balloon Supply of Australia'.
 He pointed out so delicately that I should have read the story where I saw
 the picture of the product more carefully. It turns out the story was about
 two Melbourne guys who are making the product here Downunder.
  It appears that  the O/s product was too hard to get and too expensive.
