In response to your request for ideas for your Southern Cooking decor
for a newspaper... Linda Bruce is the Fruit & Veggie Queen. Check your
Images index for a huge array of articles she and others have had published.
Great pics & inspiration. Even with a nonexistent crew, you can "do"
airfilled days ahead, (store in plastic to maintain the shine), and do the
finishing touches on site. Precision is important but when creating garden
delights you'll find every grape etc. doesn't have to be exactly the same
size as the rest. I'll bet you'll do just great and you'll get lots of
suggestions for food & cooking ideas here--good luck!
