I just wanted to welcome a  new member of the list.  Jan Iiams is one of the most
knowledgeable people I know in this industry.  She has been around a long time (I won't say
how long because it may get me in trouble!). You may have seen her at numerous IBAC's - she
won the Crystal Award in 1999 there, or at many other conventions and meetings.  Jan has
donated her time and has helped very generously to our QBN chapter for the past four years.
She is a very nice person on top of everything!  Welcome to the list, Jan!
