HI Sue,

One of my favorite things to do for bridal showers is the helium #9 clouds
in pearl white with a 16" diamond clear flowers around on top. Float it
from fish line with 6" tulle and #9 or #40 satin ribbon coming from
under-neath. Elegant, fits about any area.

As for the umbrella, I'm not familiar with Miss Lilly's, but have used the
Rouse Matrix one. I use it on the gift table to place the gifts under.
Works/looks great.

Good Luck!

Hello,

I am new to the business of balloons. I posted once and got really great
advise from many of you...THANKS! I am in need of suggestions for a bridal
shower. This will probably be one of my first jobs. A lady that my mom
works with was asking her about my balloon business, so I gave my mom some
business cards and a flyer to give to her. I also cut some pictures out of
a few of my Balloons & Parties Magazines so she could get an idea of the
kinds of things that can be done with balloons. She actually chose 2 of the
designs from the magazine: 1 was a hot air ballon and the other an umbrella.
Both from issue one 2000. The umbrella/parasol is a frame from Miss Lily's
so I know I could order that. It is not a free standing frame so I'm not
sure how it would work out if this bridal shower is in her home...any
suggestions. I asked my mom to get her phone # so I could call her and
discuss other options, budget, location, etc. I searched the archives for
suggestions on bridal !
!
shower stuff but didn't find muc
h. Any and all suggestions are greatly appreciated.

When selling frames as part of the decor, how do you figure out how to
charge for that. The parasol frame alone is quite costly so the finished
product would have to be pretty high. How do you determine how much to
charge on rental of frames. Please email me privately on the cost issues.

Thanks for your help
