I would like to help with the ballarina recipe, but need to know what size 
you are looking to make it as well as what type of balloons.  THe one  I use 
is my version of Dave Bartlett's, which is on his newest released video #12.
I don't have the video, but saw his creation and came up with my version 
using 260's. It ends up being about 18" -21"
