Hi Gayle,
There is a company I found on the web that sells the Glue Dots in many 
different strenghts (tack levels) and thickness.  Through their web site 
(www.buygluedots.com), they offer to send you samples.  I faxed my request 
(941-437-8256) and received my samples in less than a week. They sent more 
than I expected.  They sent me samples of five different strengths, at least 
10 "dots" in each sample.
