Dear Paula, You are about to take the first step into the real world as I
call it.In can be and will an experience that you will not forget. We here in
N.S.W Aust we took that step 17 years ago with my daughters dream and we
have expanded greatly in many ways and have never regretted it.Yes there are
trying times, hard times great times, there will be times that you wonder
why and how stupid you were to even contemplate the idea, but it is your
dream so pursue it.
Firstly trust nobody, use your own judgement on your stock, don't over stock,
buy only what you need, pay your bills on time and your staff, what is left
is yours, crawl,walk,run.
Use the business part of your CBA you will find it invaluable and keep a
close eye on your daily activities, our program on the computer relates the
daily information to run a tight ship, that's very important, the most
destructive implement is your trash can, that's where you profit can quickly
go.
I could go on please feel free to ask for further information if you need it
GOOD LUCK
Peter J. Nikolas CBA The Party People Syd Aust.
