Hi Sue!

A couple of things that I do for baby showers is to buy a baby bathtub and 
airfill the baby foil balloon from M&D and then fill the tub with clear 
balloon bubbles.  Then inside a nursery around stuffed balloon I hang a baby 
outfit (still on the hanger) and put little socks and shoes in the bottom of 
the balloon.  Both are always a big hit!
