Subject: New England QBN April Meeting change

The April meeting of the New England Quatatex Balloon Network is on April 23.
Normally meetings are third Monday of the month but due to a large number of
members celebrating the School Vacation week with their children it was
decided at last months meeting to move the date to the fourth Monday.
