Subject: BHQ Contest: What's New, Bruce?
In a recent posting, Bruce Walden told you to watch out for a cool
contest. Well, it's almost here... the "What's New, Bruce?" Balloon
Industry Trivia Contest starts one week from today!
A trivia contest?
Yep!
But what if I don't know the answers?
No problem! It's kind of like a scavenger hunt trivia contest. All of the
answers can be found in the web site content of the "What's New Bruce?"
tour sponsors - some answers you'll know, while others you'll really have
to dig for!
Why would I bother?
Did we mention this is a CONTEST?... You know, with FABULOUS PRIZES?
Like what?
Like two grand prizes - a draw prize and the trivia contest prize - each
worth over a THOUSAND DOLLARS in great products from the tour sponsors!!!
O.K. you have my attention, please tell me more.
Glad to. Starting next week, there will be a new trivia question posted
each Sunday (on the deco list, twister list and on the Balloon HQ contest
page at http://www.balloonhq.com/events/brucetour/ ). Answer the multiple
choice question correctly before the week is over (by Saturday midnight
EST), and you'll automatically be entered into the draw. Your name will be
added each week you choose the right answer, so the more correct answers
you choose, the better your chance at winning the draw prize.
Attend the "What's New, Bruce?" seminar at any of the 24-cities on the
tour and get an extra chance of winning the draw prize! The first stops
on the tour are as follows:

Here's a sample question:
Which of the following helium-filled balloons would NOT supply sufficient
lift to power an Uplifter "Helium-Powered Greeting":
A. 10 11" latex balloons
B. 3 16" latex baloons
C. 5 18" foil balloons
D. 3 22" Sparklets
E. 1 24" latex balloon
If you don't know the answer, remember it can always be found on one of

The answers will appear the following week so you can keep score. (Since
this is a just a sample question, we'll give you the answer now... it's
C. All the other choices provide ideal lift power, while 18" foil
balloons provide very little lift and are not recommended on their own.)
See how easy it is? (We'll warn you now, some questions may be harder!)
For the best chance of winning, play along each week and attend the
"What's New, Bruce?" seminar when it travels to a city near you.
Thousands of dollars worth of cool products could be yours soon!
