Are you looking only for balloon snowflakes, or snowflakes made from 
foamboard ??

We make large snowflakes from foamboard every year.  We start with a design 
that we have found at Floral Supply Syndicate ( www.fss.com).  They are 
plastic and glittered, in several different sizes and styles.  They are 
listed on page 41 of the current FSS catalog.

For larger snowflakes of this or any other design, we pop one on the overhead 
projector and have at it.  For a "soft glitz" effect, we glue Opalina glitter 
that FSS (pg 75) carries, to the foamboard.

For balloon snowflakes, follow Sue's advice.
