At Christmas time we got foil snowflake balloons from JNJ Balloons in Signal
Hill, CA.
Their number is 800-999-4565.  They had 2 or 3 designs.

Other than the snowflake imprinted latex, does any one know of foil
snowflakes?
Also has anyone seen or have a formula for making snowflakes?
