Qualatex definitely has a problem somewhere. We brought several gross bags of
various balloons and found pin holes in several of the balloons. First there
was two Geo Donuts that quickly deflated while I was trying to deliver a last
minute bouquet. Oh the anxiety of it all. Then there was the gross bag of the
fashion tone asst. that continously had the same pin hole problem. We're
trying to fill Mothers Day samples and found again the same problem with the
11" red and white agates. 
The thing is that we are rookies. The one thing I like to think that I can
count on is the quality of Qualatex balloons. When we need to do a job and
start to form a pile of balloons that are defective then someone needs to
know. So here's my two cents. I would be curious to find out the actual cause
and when it's going to end.
