Hey Everyone!

This pertains to Southern California Ballooners.....

One of our crew just caught part of a news story on a Ballooner in Lake
Forest in Orange County, CA on the channel 4 news.......to fast to catch
their name.....

Something about a city ordinace against balloons (all balloons?) in that
city.

She has a party store and is going to be forced to sell all balloons and
equipment etc.
to cease and desist......

Anyone know more info.....can this be true? is it legal?  does anyone know
who it is?
