Hello Balloon friend:)
   Being in a business that revolves around making people feel special and 
loved and bring a smile to there face ...is wonderful....MOST days. I too 
encounter an occasional idiot...I am often in a professional company logo 
polo shirt holding a bouquet of balloons in a corporate office setting and 
hear people speculate about my "stripping" with this delivery !! I just smile 
and say  "This is there SPECIAL day, Not there LUCKY day !! " ha ha ha... 
They always smile and laugh it off and once they know I am here on the up and 
up....they treat me like the person I am, a female balloon artist.
   I have never been accosted in a gorilla suit, but I have been beaten up by 
kids while wearing a Purple Dino suit and kicked in the butt once or twice 
while in a Teddy bear suit. I don't know why people forget there is a human 
inside and feel that since they can't make eye contact that you are open 
game. They don't know if you are a man, a woman or a child.....they just see 
a character. I cases where I leave feeling angry or violated...I get in the 
van... I call them names and grumble...then I remember that I make good money 
doing this for "GOOD"  people 99% of the time and that I remained 
professional ...and SO DID YOU !!  Charge the FULL PRICE, and look forward to 
the next delivery.....You hit your one bad apple in the bunch for a while !!
