G'Day from Downunder,
To make it easy to understand my English, I will be brief and use not many
words.

* I think most likely sponsors are balloon manufacturers from USA, South
America, Belgium, Mexico, Spain, UK or Italy. But only if;
1. They are convinced Russian market will be big and give profit.
2. Your web site can do what they can not do by themself.

* Other sponsor could be local helium supplier. (in Poland?)
* If web site gets many visitors from public, then Russian or western credit
card company could pay you to have advertisement for them on your web site?
* If many Russian balloon businesses visit site, maybe Russian insurance
company would like to advertise at your site?
* Finally, you could sell all Russian balloon decorators a directory listing
at your site if public and other possible customers visit your site.

Think to yourself, "What can my web site give that others need?"
Example:-
You speak and write Russian
You have complete list of Russian balloon companies
You know how Russian business works. (different to western style?)
You know what IS and what IS NOT already in Russian marketplace.
You know people with business influence in balloon industry in Russia?
You have internet and technology skills that most Russian balloon companies
can not afford.
Access to more new customers that will buy balloons.

Just like balloons, web sites have to be SEEN in first place to make others
want what is displayed. Is your web site being seen by enough people?
Think global - concentrate local! (does that make sense?)
