Just my thought. We intend to place 375, 16" beach balls, in standard 17' x 60' orchard nets. We are concerned that the weight of the air-filled beach balls may too great for standard balloon drop netting. If anyone on this list has any experience with using these nets for a similar project, we would certainly appreciate any advice you may have. >>We did beach ball drop for a beach themed bat mitzvah. The weight of the beach balls was a problem because it made the string very difficult to pull. we did get them out but it took longer than it should have and we actually had to use a poker to get them to come down. Luckily the customer was still happy and they did come down but i would hesistate to use beach balls again. Maybe the plastic bag would be better and really wax the pull string very well.
